My journey into real estate was profoundly influenced by my mother, a single-parent who balanced full-time work with part-time real estate sales. Witnessing her ability to regain stability and purchase a home for our family on her own convinced me of the transformative power of real estate. Inspired by her determination, I became a Realtor and have proudly held my license for over thirty-eight years. My extensive experience spans all segments of the real estate industry, including managing a title company, originating loans, negotiating short sales, and providing exceptional service to both buyers and sellers of residential and investment properties. My credentials include Accredited Buyers Representative, Senior Real Estate Specialist, Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist, Certified Distressed Property Expert and more recently I obtained the GREEN Designation. Additionally, I currently mentor newly licensed agents within my company, helping them kickstart their careers and build successful businesses. I am deeply passionate about helping others achieve stability, pride in homeownership, and wealth-building through real estate. When I'm not working, I love spending time with my family and friends at local restaurants, museums, and parks in the Bay Area, or traveling abroad. With over 30 years of experience as a hula practitioner, I’ve had the privilege of sharing Hawaiian culture through dance and song worldwide.
