Alice Pak has been practicing Real Estate in the Bay Area since 2012. Her ability to build strong relationships with other agents and brokers is her superpower, her extensive real estate network stems from her career in prop tech working for award winning companies including Trulia, Zillow, Sindeo and Side for over 15 years. She strives to move the Real Estate industry towards a model of smaller business with stronger fidelity to buyers and sellers, while combining her network, innovative technology, negotiation and reliable real estate practices. She believes that real estate investment can lead to financial independence, whether as a primary residence or part of a broader portfolio. She advises her clients to make informed decisions that benefit their financial futures and strives to make the complex real estate process accessible to first-time home buyers and profitable for seasoned investors. 

Alice moved to the Bay Area from Macau with her family and grew up in San Francisco. She currently resides in Burlingame with her husband Eric, and her two children Kingsley and Elise. She is fluent in both English and Chinese.
