Melissa Nappo Beames is proud to be part of the luxury brand, The Agency - Los Altos, serving the Bay Area Peninsula.  Melissa has helped her clients buy and sell homes from San Francisco to San Jose and everywhere in between. Following in the footsteps of a real estate legacy family, visiting open houses and keeping abreast of the market have always been a part of Melissa’s life.  Specifically knowledgeable in interior design, she lends incredible skill when it comes to reimagining spaces in order to prepare a home for market or helping a client see the potential in a new home.  She has overseen multiple major remodels and complex landscaping projects.  Organized and detail-oriented, nothing slips through the cracks with Melissa’s keen oversight.

 Melissa is intimately familiar with many bay area peninsula communities. She was raised in Cupertino, lived in San Francisco and Burlingame, raised her family in Hillsborough, and currently resides in Millbrae.  She attended the University of Southern California, receiving her bachelor’s degree in business entrepreneurship.  Previously her career encompassed investment banking and bond sales, but has realized her true passion in real estate.

 Family is the central focus of Melissa’s free time; she has three wonderful children, a French bulldog, and a large African tortoise.  She enjoys traveling locally and internationally, kayaking, hiking, reading, swimming, and volunteering time in her local community as a member of the Lions Club.
