A Sacramento native, John developed a lifelong appreciation for the Monterey Peninsula during childhood visits with his family. Drawn to its natural beauty, distinctive architecture, and coastal lifestyle, he now proudly calls Pacific Grove home, where he resides with his wife, daughter, and their two dogs.

John earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Davis, followed by a master's degree from Monterey College of Law. His legal education, combined with his California real estate broker's license, provides a strong foundation in contract analysis, negotiation, due diligence, and complex real estate transactions.
