Hye-Min Kim is a Bay Area native with a diverse professional background who brings strategic insight, creativity, and genuine care to every client relationship. She believes that real estate is about building trust through advocating for her clients' best interests and helping them navigate one of life's most important decisions.

Born in Seoul and raised across the Bay Area, from Cupertino and Palo Alto to Pleasanton, Hye-Min pairs deep local knowledge with a strong network of connections across tech, healthcare, and creative industries. She began her career in neuroscience research, studying Psychobiology as a pre-med at UCLA, before pivoting into recruiting, UX/product design, and entrepreneurship. Her years in tech and biopharma, combined with her design and creative expertise, make her a highly intuitive and detail-driven problem solver who thrives in dynamic environments.

Hye-Min partners with  Brian Chiu in  The Agency's Los Altos office, serving Stanford faculty and staff, while also building her own business throughout the Peninsula and South Bay communities. Clients appreciate her ability to connect authentically, communicate clearly, and stay calm and adaptable regardless of any challenges that may arise. Whether guiding first-time buyers or helping families relocate with ease, Hye-Min leads with empathy and professionalism, offering a personalized experience and creative solutions that align with her clients' goals and values.

When she's not working, Hye-Min can be found sitting in front of a pottery wheel crafting functional ceramics, teaching beginner classes at her local studio, or hiking with her husband and their rescue Labrador pup. She also supports local and international missions organizations with her church community, including SF City Impact and Footsteps Missions.
