Raised in Taiwan, she spent her teenage years in São Paulo, Brazil, where she later earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Engineering from (Mackenzie University) located in São Paulo, Brazil. With over 20 years of experience in local government engineering, Jennifer brings a powerful advantage to her real estate career. She previously worked with the City of Austin in Texas, as well as the City of Milpitas in the Bay Area and the City of Antioch in the East Bay, where she reviewed and permitted ADU and development projects. Her expertise provides clients with valuable insight into zoning regulations, land use, and property development.

Jennifer is a member of both the California Association of Realtors and the Texas Association of Realtors, and she is also a licensed Civil Engineer in Texas.
